Wuyan, September 18 – In a historic moment, Dr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Founder & CEO of BAB Group Of Companies, cast his vote for the first time in 47 years during the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, which were held after a decade-long hiatus. The significant event took place in Dr. Bhat’s hometown of Wuyan, where he also stands as an independent candidate for the 32-Pampore constituency.
