According to reports from Fars News Agency, the detentions occurred in the province of West Azerbaijan following a series of coordinated raids carried out by Iranian security forces. Hossein Majidi, the provincial prosecutor, said authorities uncovered evidence suggesting that the suspects were transmitting information related to military positions, law enforcement facilities, and other security-sensitive locations. Investigators believe this data was being sent to what Iranian officials referred to as the “Zionist enemy.”
